Guaranteed Arrival

  • In the rare event your package is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping Liability & Customer Responsibility

  • Once a package has been declared "delivered" by the local courier, UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL or similar, we have no further liability. Stolen or missing orders "after delivery" are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded/reshipped. We will make every effort to assist and give advice/support, verify delivery etc. If the shipping issue is the fault of the carrier, such a "declared lost" shipment or “returned to sender”, for example, we will help and send a replacement order.
  • For most countries, duties and taxes are included in the price.
    Exceptions apply for shipments to the following countries, where customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by local customs authorities: Indonesia, Serbia, South Africa, Moldova, Morocco, Chile, Mauritius, Peru, Cambodia, Pakistan, Georgia, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Brunei, Jordan, Iraq, Monaco, Algeria, and Lebanon.
  • Shipping carrier delays, weather delays, or international customs inspection delays are beyond our control.
